- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
