What You'll Accomplish:
You'll be the hero behind our clients' technical experiences, diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring seamless system operations—all from the comfort of your home office.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Document solutions in knowledge base with clear, actionable procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate critical system bugs
- Mentor junior support staff through knowledge-sharing sessions
- Monitor system health using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Develop automation scripts for recurring support tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server & Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation experience
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS tools
- Exceptional troubleshooting methodology with root-cause analysis
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
