Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients via ticketing systems and live chat
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across AWS/Azure environments
- Develop automation scripts for recurring system maintenance tasks
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during major incident responses
- Mentor 2-3 junior support specialists through structured onboarding
- Conduct quarterly security audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in Linux/Windows administration and network troubleshooting
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
- Proven experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools like Datadog
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours with minimal supervision
