Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS/Azure
- Lead cross-functional agile sprints with distributed teams
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment
- Mentor junior developers through virtual pair programming sessions
- Conduct quarterly tech strategy reviews with stakeholders
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Document technical specifications for remote collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or DevOps
- Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of leading remote projects
- AWS/Azure certifications (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for remote workflows
- Ability to self-manage across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
