Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance across multiple platforms
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Conduct system audits and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues independently
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
