We are looking for a Senior Remote Tech Support Specialist to join our high-performing IT team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via remote desktop and phone support.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid response times and resolution.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical guidance to non-technical users to empower them to resolve minor issues independently.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to escalate recurring infrastructure problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest software patches, security protocols, and hardware technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT help desk, technical support, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, RDP) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Deep understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
