Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise software systems and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Train junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security threats
- Contribute to IT infrastructure optimization projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT support or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent required
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
