Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for remote users.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for all technical resolutions and tickets.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate critical issues and ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Proactively identify recurring technical patterns and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
- Must be available for night shift work (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
