Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Manage Weekend Operations: Handle a high volume of support tickets during peak weekend hours with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge Base Management: Document solutions and create technical guides to improve self-service support for the team.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients via chat, email, and phone, maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and development teams to report bugs and suggest feature improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a flexible shift start time.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
