Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure a seamless implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and internal teams effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of web and mobile design projects.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
