Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively within a flexible, remote work structure.
