Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Web Development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to task management.
