Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for enterprise clients during weekend hours.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume support ticket queue with a focus on customer satisfaction and rapid response times.
- Collaborate closely with the on-call engineering team to diagnose and resolve critical system outages.
- Document complex technical solutions in our internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for junior support staff and mentor team members on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or IT help desk roles.
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and networking protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing to work a fixed weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) from a home office.
- Current valid ID and proof of residence in the San Francisco Bay Area.
