Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Feature Development: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and A/B testing to validate assumptions and drive product metrics growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and technical concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Confluence.
