Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Flow
- Develop integrations with external APIs and enterprise systems
- Optimize Salesforce performance through data modeling and SOQL tuning
- Lead technical requirements gathering and solution workshops
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Deploy and maintain Salesforce environments with DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience with Admin/Dev certifications
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
