Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies that align with business objectives and improve organic search rankings.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture audits, schema markup implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Oversee keyword research and content strategy to ensure maximum relevance and authority.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into the product lifecycle.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and ROI through data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
