Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, year-long SEO strategy tailored to the 2026 Infrastructure Project lifecycle.
- Lead complex technical SEO audits to identify and resolve indexing, crawling, and site architecture issues.
- Oversee content strategy to ensure topical authority and relevance for high-value keywords related to infrastructure and global events.
- Analyze complex data sets to measure KPIs, optimize conversion rates, and report on ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content writers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement schema markup, AMP, and site speed optimizations.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our strategies competitive.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level SEO, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or event-based projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and crawling tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript-based frameworks (React, Vue) and their impact on SEO.
- Experience with international SEO (hreflang tags, geotargeting) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
