Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Lead keyword research and content strategy to target high-intent search queries, including voice search.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and overall User Experience (UX).
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Page Experience) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and the latest algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into effective business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is highly preferred.
