Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site health issues that hinder crawlability and indexing.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic backlink profiles.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities for content optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement Schema markup and on-page best practices.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Generate detailed monthly reports analyzing traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search traffic by 20% or more.
- Deep understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals, technical SEO principles, and search algorithms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
