Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize user experience (UX) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing, preferably within a remote or flexible work setting.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation with a proven ability to manage flexible working hours effectively.
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
