What You'll Do
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings for our diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities for clients in the New York and Baltimore markets.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including technical audits, content optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead SEO strategy workshops and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably with a remote-first or digital agency background.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
