Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our Houston-based and national clients.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that hinder website performance and indexing.
- Perform extensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to ensure maximum SEO value.
- Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, providing detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with a high degree of self-discipline.
