Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SEO campaigns, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and off-page link building strategies.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, providing technical guidance and feedback.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant organic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
