Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for our primary web properties.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and headings to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all assets.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix site speed and crawlability issues.
- Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the Los Angeles or US market.
- Deep understanding of Google’s latest algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
