We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Memphis, TN, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our growing digital footprint.
In this role, you will own our search engine optimization strategy, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. You will collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure our digital presence is optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for key client and company websites.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and technical site architecture.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns.
- Stay updated on algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Located in or willing to work from Memphis, TN (or US time zones).
