Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our Tampa and national markets.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO audits to improve website performance and search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO best practices and user intent.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize web pages for speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the Tampa or Florida market.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
