As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the architect behind our search engine rankings. You will collaborate with content teams and developers to ensure our digital footprint is dominant and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies based on keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of schema markup, meta tags, and site speed optimizations.
- Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and relationship management.
- Generate monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles, white-hat link building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
