As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will lead our organic growth strategy, optimizing our web presence to drive high-quality traffic. This role is 100% remote but requires candidates who can align with our culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site crawlability and indexing.
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and other tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure technical requirements are met for SEO best practices.
- Monitor competitor rankings and market trends to stay ahead of the curve in the DC and national markets.
- Lead link-building campaigns and manage outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Report on performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
