Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical architecture for maximum crawlability and indexing.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and manage high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and content partnerships.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between editorial calendars and SEO goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO auditing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent command of HTML and CSS basics is a plus.
- Experience with technical SEO, including site speed optimization and structured data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
