In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between technical SEO strategies and high-volume technical recruiting. You will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility, optimizing job postings for search engines (ATS SEO), and sourcing top-tier engineering talent remotely.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings for the company website.
- Optimize technical aspects of our career pages and job postings to improve visibility in search engines and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for both recruitment and brand awareness.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, and link building strategies.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and optimizing them for SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
