Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website performance issues, ensuring optimal crawling and indexing.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and optimize career pages for SEO.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance reports to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and recruitment technologies (ATS).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in both SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical website architecture.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
