Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, sourcing and vetting top talent for development roles.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Optimize on-page content to align with user intent and search engine guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical talent in high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
