Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SEO campaigns, including technical audits, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Identify and engage top-tier technical talent in the Phoenix market and beyond.
- Analyze web traffic data to optimize recruitment funnels and improve candidate quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to ensure high search engine visibility.
- Mentor junior team members on SEO tools and recruiting methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
