Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process, sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent.
- Optimize website architecture for both search engine crawlers and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive conversions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search strings to build talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO KPIs to continuously improve performance.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier remote candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, Technical Recruiting, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical analysis.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
