Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) via virtual meetings and collaborative tools.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; perform thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, API specs, and architecture diagrams.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and discipline.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across time zones.
