Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Conduct architectural reviews and security audits
- Drive agile development processes with Jira/Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proficient with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong analytical skills with system architecture design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
