Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and optimize performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to the deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Remote Experience: Proven track record of successfully working in remote or distributed team environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
