Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement proactive monitoring

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
