Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices using Python, Java, and AWS Lambda
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR)
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews ensuring maintainability and scalability of 50K+ LOC repositories
- Drive architectural improvements reducing system latency by 30% quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent full-stack development experience
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure) with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping production systems handling 10K+ RPS
- Strong grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (Pytest, JUnit) with 90%+ test coverage
- Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrated through GitHub contributions
