Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Python and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of deploying scalable web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Git, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously
