Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define product features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular for frontend development.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control systems.
