Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the codebase and infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on next-gen technologies for the 2026 era, and propose new tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong background in backend development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, efficient code.
