Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices solutions using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement security best practices across distributed systems
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for product features
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure certification with 5+ years cloud infrastructure experience
- Proven track record of leading high-traffic SaaS deployments
- Strong background in event-driven architecture and message queues
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Miro)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
