Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability cloud-native applications using AWS and Docker.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform load testing, and optimize application performance to ensure zero downtime.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure the long-term scalability of our platform.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development (Frontend or Backend focus).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
