Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance during off-peak hours.
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a 100% Remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
