Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Node.js
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement security-first DevOps practices across cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive technical debt reduction through continuous refactoring
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle projects
- Experience with SRE principles and observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architectures
- Excellent written communication skills for async collaboration
