Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead agile sprints and sprint retrospectives
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in microservices architecture and Docker/Kubernetes
- Proven experience with cloud security best practices
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases
- CI/CD and DevOps automation experience
