Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the Atlanta-based remote team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience working with distributed teams and a proven track record of collaboration.
