Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database interactions and API responses.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Backend experience with Node.js or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in the Baltimore, MD area (or willing to relocate).
