Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards across the team.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers in a fully distributed environment, utilizing agile methodologies.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, latency, and scalability for our remote user base.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions to ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Remote Experience: Proven track record of successfully working in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
